This Privacy Policy aims to explain all services provided to DIY enthusiasts when visiting or using LaserPecker CraftZone’s website or the product’s website. As our application uses the services of Alibaba Cloud, your registered email address, name, posted content and comments may be shared with it.

Zendesk provides customer support for LaserPecker CraftZone. Your information may be shared with Zendesk if you use customer support system of LaserPecker CraftZone.

LaserPecker CraftZone employs the cloud server service of the Alibaba Cloud. After the account deletion, LaserPecker will not be able to access the account’s personal data, unless otherwise required by law.

We change this Privacy Policy from time to time with new features and services added to the application, changes in law, and updates to privacy and security practices. We will review our compliance with the Privacy Policy on a regular basis. When receiving formal written advice or complaints, we will contact the complainant for follow-up. We will also work with appropriate supervisory authorities, including local data protection organizations, to resolve any complaints that we are unable to settle directly with our customers.
