Floral Clock: A Symphony of Blooming Time and Spring vibes! A floral clock to indicate the beginning of spring and the blooming of flowers and plants, where each hour of the day and night corresponds to a plant/floral species that has the characteristic of opening its flowers at that time of day. Time is thus marked by flowers! (As studied by the botanist Carl Linnaeus in 1751) Flowers/Plants used in the project: Selenicereus grandiflorus Carpobrotus acinaciformis Sonchus tenerrimus Dianthus barbatus Tragopogon porrifolius Geranium robertianum Convolvulus arvensis Portulaca grandiflora Hemerocallis fulva Alyssum alyssoides Ipomoea purpurea Mirabilis jalapa Scorzonera hispanica Trifolium pratense Sonchus oleraceus Papaver nudicaule Anagallis arvensis Fallopia convolvulus Calendula officinalis Datura arborea Tigridia pavonia Pelargonium triste Ornithogalum umbellatum Echinopsis multiplex Notice about files. Three files are present: * FloralSpringClock-OnlyOutLine.lbrn2 is a file for LightBurn (Parameters used are from pre-coated green 3mm wood that I used and with s-value max:255. Flowers/Plants are only with outline * FloralSpringClock-FillIn.lp2 is Design Space file with flowers/plants filled in * FloralSpringClock-FloralSpringClock-OnlyOutLine.lp2 is Design Space file with flowers/plants only with outline * FloralSpringClock-Stand.lp2 Stand is a clock-stand to glue on the rear Notice that all parameters are referred to wood that I use, so please change according wood that you use Clock mechanism hand length: 55mm - 40mm - 30mm

How-to Tutorial

Step 1 Engrave Clock Lines and External line

Turn off all layers except ellipse 4 and shape 26 (showed in a picture)

Note: Change parameters according wood that you use

Step 2 Engrave flowers

Turn off only layers shape 26 and ellipse 2/3/4 (if you use FillIn files - If you use OutlineFiles turn off external and clock lines) so you can engrave/fill flowers

Step 3 Cut external clock and internal hole

if you use FillIn files turn off only all layers except ellipse 2/3  ( If you use OutlineFiles turn on only external and internal lines) so you can cut external circle and internal hole

Step 4 Stand cut

This is stand if you need for your clock.

Cut this 3 parts and glue togheter with rectangular part. After that you can glue at clock rear.

After that mount clock mechanism
