Laser Cut St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun with Stand

I created a leprechaun holding a beer mug cheering Good Luck to all. To his side he has a pot of gold. What better way to celebrate St. Patty's day then with this cute little Leprechaun!

Step 1 Download File/ Add extension
Download file. Adapt to your machine. On the LP5 it is larger than the base, so I had to add the slide extension.

Step 2 Cut all the pieces from 3mm basswood and assemble
1. Cut all layers of the leprechaun.
-Move the pieces to fit your wood piece.
-Choose which pieces you want for the base and cut them.
-If you want to paint your leprechaun you can duplicate the outline layer as a score line and center it on top of the backer before cutting.
2. Paint or stain leprechaun pieces.
3. Glue top cutout to backer piece.
4. Glue base.
5. Put leprechaun in base opening.
6. Enjoy your creation!
