Basic Information
How-to Tutorial
Step 1 Use high speed and moderate power to remove paint only, scraping cleanly without over-marking
Set the machine to high speed with moderate power and remove only the thin surface paint from each bottle cap. Apply just enough energy to cleanly scrape off the coating while avoiding excessive marking or damage to the metal surface. If a bottle cap has a thicker paint layer, add additional passes until all paint is fully removed.

Step 2 Download SVG silhouettes, import to LaserPecker, resize, set focus, frame, mark, then wipe clean.
Download your preferred SVG or silhouette images from sources such as Pinterest or Canva. Import the file into LaserPecker Design Space, resize as needed, and set the correct focal height. Use the frame function to confirm positioning, then start the marking process. After engraving, wipe the surface clean to remove any residue.

Step 3 Apply a clear gloss coat to enhance contrast and appearance; optional but improves visual appeal.
Apply a clear gloss coating to enhance the contrast and make the engraved markings stand out more. This step is optional, but it significantly improves the overall appearance and adds a more polished, visually appealing finish.
Step 4 Mount bottle caps on a frame, arrange as desired, then hang; use premade or DIY wood frames.
Secure the bottle caps onto a frame and arrange them according to your desired pattern. Once assembled, mount the piece on a wall for display. You may use a premade frame for convenience, or create a custom frame using scrap wood if preferred.
