How-to Tutorial
Step 1
Since embossing files are often large, it's recommended to use a USB flash drive for 3D Grayscale Embossing. To minimize waiting time, import the .lpb format file onto a USB flash drive beforehand.

Step 2
When engraving curved-surface belt buckles, patterns on both sides may lose definition.
Optimization method: At the halfway point of continuous engraving (about 10 hours), gradually lower the machine head while maintaining operation until laser sparks reach maximum intensity (visually the brightest state) during lateral pattern engraving. If the curvature of the surface is too large, you can try this a few more times.
Step 3
After the engraving is completed, use a brush to clean off the dust from the metal, and finish with polishing.
