操作说明
步骤 1 Lasercut
How to convert 3d print STL files to lasercut svg files.
In this example I used 150*150*2mm Black acrylic sheet and a LaserPecker 2 to cut and engrave a Christmas tree.
1. Start by creating a free personal account on https://www.tinkercad.com.
2. After login press + Create 3D Design.
3. Now press Import in the right corner, upload the 3d print STL file that you wana make a laser cut image from.
4. After its loaded press Export in the right corner. Save your 3d file as For Lasercutting .SVG to your computer.
5. Open LaserPecker Design Space and press add image, chose your downloaded SVG file.
6. Select the imported SVG image och right click on you mouse to select Rasterize, after image is Rasterize select it again and press Edit in toolbar menu. Use Magic Eraser to remove the parts off the image you dont want in the engraving image as 3d printer frame. Other parts you want to remove from the Picture you can use normal Eraser tool and erase in smal detail.
If you see any missing lines on the image you can use Line in LaserPecker Design Space to fill the emty gaps in the image.
7. Now you have the lasercut from 3d print file ready in LaserPecker Design Space to cut on a acryllic plate.
Setting I use is 100& Power and 95% dept for the laser cutout lines on Group lines and image 6. Image 4 and Text is 100% Power and 3%dept. Use a cut board under the actrylic so you dont cut in the Laserpecker board. Some time you need 2 pass on Image files to cut good.
This is way faster then 3d print some objects and you can engrave personal messages easy on the acryllic.
