In this project, I show you how to engrave tiny, professional-looking logos under the foot of wine glasses using the LaserPecker LP2. This technique is ideal for branding, gifts, or custom product lines. 材料情報Tempered or regular wine glass base. I used standard 200 ml glasses from a local supplier. Painted surface with black tempera paint before engraving. Cleaned with water and magic sponge after engraving.

Step 1 – Prep the Glass

Clean the glass surface and apply a thin layer of black tempera paint to the foot of the glass. Let it dry completely.

Step 2 – Position the Glass

Use a support base, rotary or a custom jig to align the foot of the glass under the LP2 laser head.

Step 3 – Laser Settings

Use the LaserPecker App to import your logo. Center it on the base area.

Settings I used:

Power: 100%
Depth: 20%
Resolution: 1.3k
Passes: 1
Engraving Method: Png

Step 4 – Engrave and Clean

Start the engraving. Once finished, rinse the glass under water and use a magic sponge to remove excess paint, revealing a crisp, clean engraving.
